Conference  - conference with internal and external users, setup virtual conference rooms with own DDI's and protect rooms using PINs

Extended Call Routing - SwyxECR (Extended Call Routing) is an easy to use graphical tool that allows you to set up action sequences for incoming calls, ensuring the satisfaction of the caller by enabling you to easily manage even complex call handling scenarios. This means you can set up options menus to route calls to multiple numbers or specific departments to ensure they are always answered, and callers can even be given the option to direct their own calls by touchtone. It is also possible to automatically manage the routing of calls based on factors such as caller ID, called extension, time/date/day, and the called party's Outlook/Notes Calendar. Calls can also be routed from one site to another so callers do not have to re-dial using a different number and, as an added bonus, internal call mechanisms can be set up to record Human Resource issues such as staff sickness

FAX - direct faxing to a users inbox - Incoming documents are received by SwyxFax and converted into an image file (e.g. JPEG, TIFF) and delivered to the recipient's inbox.

Mobile - SwyxMobile provides Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) by enabling the cell/mobile phone to operate as an internal extension of the enterprise IP-PBX. This allows mobile users to benefit from many of the key features of their office telephone system, e.g. call transfer, call swap, multi-party conferencing, call recording and changing call forwarding settings.

Call Recording - either global or user option for call recording. Global call recoding allows you to record every call coming in and out of the organisation. Alternatively, users can activate ad hoc call recording for individual conversations, allowing later play back.

Voicemail - SwyxVoicemail provides each user with the equivalent of a easily accessible personal answering machine. Office based employees can easily see by glancing at their phone if they have a message waiting for them and can listen to their voicemail's simply by clicking a phone button. In addition to accessing voicemail's through the desk phone, users can see the message waiting indicator on the SwyxIt! softphone client on their PC or laptop and can listen to their voicemail's through the PC/laptop sound card. Mobile employees who spend a lot of time traveling can easily pick up voicemail's by dialing into their voicemail system or logging onto their SwyxIt! client.
