Knowall's remote office solution allows SME's to effectively access that data worldwide, back up all email, data security, adds file sharing capabilities with a complete telephone and remote support service, to allow anyone to work anywhere. There's no need for a physical office anymore - as long as you've got an internet connection, the world is your workplace.

With Windows remote desktop you don't even need to have access to your own PC to view and use.

Technologies

Outlook Anywhere - Full access to Outlook over any internet connection. Synchronise Files - using VPN technology, update your files whenever you have a connection, and carry on working seamlessly when you don't. Wireless/3G - Any laptop* or Smartphone can be configured to securely use our network using any available internet connection (*Apple laptops will have limited functionality). Team Services - collaborate on documents, co-ordinate meetings and work together on tasks using a secure website. Remote Support - Need help? Invite us to help from your laptop and we'll be able to see your screen and control your mouse to aid you.
