World Nuclear Association

Down time on www.world-nuclear.org is not an option, WNA’s brief was to provide a highly redundant (99.9% uptime) and fully managed hosted solution for their online strategy.

Knowall supplied and installed Microsoft 2003 Web and 2005 SQL software onto resilient Dell Servers at multiple co-location facilities to provide 100% redundancy in the event of any one server or site failing. Knowall also continues to advise on hosting technologies and platforms as well as provides further IT services such as remote helpdesk support for users and high level engineers’ onsite.
