What is ProActive Support

 

Proactive Suppport is scheduled onsite visits by an IT Engineer to ensure the smooth running of a network, so that ReActive Support becomes less likely. This can include general network/server/PC maintenance, installation of new equipment, the resolution of any outstanding onsite issues and to discuss any IT strategy for the forthcoming period.
