IT ENGINEER Support
An engineer will be sent to resolve any
issues the Knowall IT Support Team are unable to
solve remotely. Currently Knowall IT Support Team solve 93% of
all IT issues
remotely. Using NETi, problems can be isolated quickly, providing
an IT engineer will all
the information required.
IT Engineer On Site Support: IT Engineer On Site Support Days are purchased in advance at the start of the IT Support Contract, in order to take advantage of discounts. Emergency or unscheduled IT Engineer Support is purchased on a ad hoc basis at £100 per hour.
