UNLIMITED IT Support 'telephone and remote support' (Mon - Fri 8.00am - 6.00pm) No answer machines and no call queuing.

ON SITE IT ENGINEER support

An IT Engineer will be sent to resolve any issues the Knowall IT Support Team are unable to solve remotely. Currently Knowall IT Support Team solve 93% of all IT issues remotely. Using Knowall's systems, problems can be isolated quickly, providing an IT engineer will all the information required. All engineers are MSCE certified. Knowall Engineers will develop an in-depth knowledge of your network, your employees and your business.

All Knowall engineers are fully supported by a secondary engineer.

Onsite Support Days are purchased in advance at the start of an IT Support Contract in order to take advantage of substantial discounts.
