Failure or Security

Problem: I have a server in the office which has fast access, but am worried about security or failure

Solution 1: Host server with data replication to Virtual Server. This means that if the office server fails then a virual server can be instantly switched on that has all applications and data already replicated to it.

Solution 2: Multi server environment: The virtual server is replaced with an actual server.

 

Slow Access

Problem: I have a server in the office which has fast access, but mobile / remote workers have slow access.

Solution: Multi server environment: The virutal server is replaced with an actual server allowing out of office workers to have a faster connection and hence faster access to data.
