Pulsant have identified the issue as a Denial of Service attack (DDOS).
This is not a specific DDOS on Knowall IT systems, Pulsant have now placed measures to prevent further service impact.

Pulsant are continuing to investigate routing issues in to their network. This is a priority one ticket. The last incident report was circa 1615. We will continue to send updates.

We experienced a 30 second network drop around 10:50am and have been in communication with the datacentre provider to ascertain what happened. There was a further incident of intermittent packet loss between 15:51-15:57. We are in communication with the datacentre provider to determine the root cause and resolution for both of these incidents. We will continue to monitor the situation.
