Vodafone network down

12:47: we received reports of incoming calls not working correctly. We I have identified this to be limited to mobile numbers using the Vodafone network. Down detector confirms this diagnosis with more than 2000 reports in less than an hour.

We will continuing to monitor the status of this issue and will post updates as we get more information on the issue.
