Swyx and Microsoft Teams
On Swyx 12.30 you can now synchronise the presence status on your Teams with Swyx. This now makes it possible, to control a parallel call in the Swyx client during a Teams call or web meeting. You don’t need any additional license for this new feature as its available independently of the “Direct Routing” functionality
Swyx Messenger additional features
There have been some Swyx messenger updates in 12.30 – Messages can now be deleted and sent messages can be edited. Messages that have not been sent are shown in the nav area. 12.30 also supports simple file drag & drop functionality. Version 12.30 also has new features in the group chat.
Call journal updates
Swyx 12.30 now shows next to the call duration with which employee the caller was connected. The transfer and display of the call duration with the Swyx connector for DATEV is a big plus, because the transfer of the call duration allows a direct allocation and billing.
