Just wanted to let you know that I have had several excellent interactions with your IT support worker Paul.
He was very helpful, went out of his way to make me feel as though I am not a nuisance and the problems were sorted out in a speedy easy to understand way, but most importantly he understood the point I was trying to get across in my non IT language.
